________________________________________ Jim began his real estate career in 1979. In 1992, he started his own corporation, James & Co. Realty, Inc. and currently acts as President and Designated Broker. Years in the profession have given him valuable experience and knowledge including, but not limited to, real estate sales, personal investment properties, single family/multi-family property management, and apartment building rehabilitation management. His current focus is working with Sellers and Buyers in residential (pre-owned and new construction), land, and investment properties. Jim is a consistent top producer and has earned a loyal client base of many repeat and referred customers. Jim received the MLS of SW Washington Outstanding Professional Award in 1996, 1997, 1998, and the MLS Lifetime Outstanding Professional Award. He has the professional GRI (Graduate, REALTORS Institute) designation and is a member of the Clark County, Washington State, and National Association of REALTORS, the RMLS (Regional Multiple Listing Service), and the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce. Jim is an active health and fitness enthusiast, enjoys traveling, playing his Steinway “B” grand piano and his custom-built Allen Renaissance digital organ, along with a number of other interests and hobbies. During the holidays Jim enjoys the warm sand, wind, and surf in Hawaii. Aloha! His travels have also included other areas of the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand. Jeremy combines his real estate experience with a financial background to deliver professional results for all of your real estate needs. He has progressed as a financial executive for young, growing Tech companies over a period of ten years. His previous positions have included controller, treasurer, and chief financial officer.
A real estate investor since 1997, Jeremy shares his knowledge and passion for real estate, one of the most important assets of an investor's financial portfolio.
Jeremy has been a resident of Clark County since graduating from Concordia University in 1995. He resides in the Green Meadows golf course neighborhood in Vancouver with his wife Judy, daughter Emily, and son Luke.
Jeremy enjoys many sports including, but not limited to, golf, tennis, baseball, basketball, weight training, swimming, fishing, and volunteering as a little league baseball coach. ________________________________________ Phyllis Riikonen

She takes equal pride in finding those special properties that fit buyers’ requirements as well as marketing sellers’ homes to gain the greatest possible advantage. Phyllis understands that attention to detail – from beginning to end – is the key to a smooth real estate transaction. Her focus is always on providing the very best service to her clients. Phyllis is a member of the Clark County, Washington State, and National Association of REALTORS®, as well as the RMLS (Regional Multiple Listing Service). Prior to joining James & Company, she worked for 14 years as a bookkeeper. Her strong financial background has given her an important leg up in the real estate business.
A native of the Pacific Northwest, Phyllis lives in Vancouver with her husband, Tom. She previously homeschooled their two children and appreciates the bond they still share as a family.
